5 New Years Resolutions That Have Nothing To Do With Weight Loss







We’re got five days until the New Year so today I want to not only share this NYE inspired look but also five of my New Year’s resolutions that have nothing to do with weight. The holidays can be particularly frustrating for many of us with family members bringing up how much/little you’re eating, or asking if you plan on going on a diet at the beginning of the year. I am here to tell you that you do NOT need to feel obligated to change your eating habits for anyone, and certainly not to reign in NYE.   1. Make a Vow to Spend Less Time On Your Cell Phone
  2. Take Up A New Hobby (painting, reading, building, etc)
  3. Create New Friendships
  4. Become Debt Free
  5. Create a Bucket List and ACTUALLY Cross Things Off


For those of you who don’t know my birthday is January 1st and I will be turning 25. By no means am I old; however, I’m realizing that life sure does seem to fly on by. There is so much more to life than making resolutions to change your body, instead – change your mind, your outlook, the way you treat others and the way you treat yourself.
